Ready for the Radbonus campaign?

Check now that everything is set correctly: so that every bike kilometer counts!

1. Current Rabbonus app installed?

Do you have the latest version of the Radbonus app installed? Just check the store now to see if a newer version of the Radbonus app is available.

Tip: Activate automatic updates for Radbonus in the settings of the cell phone to get all innovations automatically and to always be on the safe side!

2. location permission "allow all the time"

In order for the Radbonus app to be able to track rides even if the display goes out or if you are using another app in the foreground, the “allow all the time” setting must be selected. Of course, tracking will only run until the stop button is pressed!

If this access is not “allowed all the time”, when you click the “Start” button in the app, a hint will appear with a link into the phone’s settings:

  • Open the settings of the cell phone
  • scroll down and select “Location”
  • click on “App permissions”
  • scroll down and click on the “Radbonus APP”.
  • select “allow all the time”

3. Battery settings

The exact menu navigation for the battery settings differs for Android devices depending on the manufacturer and Android version.
To display the Android version of the device:
Settings > (System >) About this phone > Android version or
Settings > Phone info > Android infos
