Terms of participation – Radbonus Challenge 2023

The competition is organised by ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG, Mintarder Straße 36-40, 45481 Mülheim an der Ruhr (“Organiser”). The competition starts on 1 September 2023 and ends on 30 November 2023. Only employees of ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG, ALDI AHEAD GmbH, ALDI Digital Services GmbH, ALDI Data & Analytics Services GmbH and Auridis Stiftung gGmbH are eligible to participate. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants only have to bear the costs associated with participation itself (e.g. usage fees for internet connection). After the closing date for entries, ten winners will be selected at random from all participants, both for the “occasional riders” (up to 250 kilometres ridden) and the “frequent riders” (up to 450 kilometres ridden). It is not possible to participate in the prize draw for both groups. Beginning on 6 December 2023, the winners will be informed via the app that they have won a prize. The prize will be sent to the participants by post from 01 January 2024. It is not possible to receive a cash payment or a substitution of the prize. The prizes are not transferable. No new winner will be determined.

The organiser is not liable for the availability of the Radbonus app or the possibility to participate in the competition. The right of recourse to the courts of law is excluded.
